Sarah Palin…Dumber Than Shit.
By Nate • Sep 25th, 2008 • Category: PoliticsWatch this excerpt from a interview that Sarah Palin did with Katie Couric today and tell me that she’s even qualified to teach kindergardeners how to take a nap. I fucking dare you.
The entire interview is probably available at CBS.com, but I found it here.
Again, it’s not I’m trying to be partisan and throw mud here, but I think that we all have a right to know what we’re getting into with people who run for political office. If you’re not qualified or you’re in over your head, it doesn’t matter if your Democrat, Republican, Independant, Libertarian, Green Party, Communist or Smurf, you’re simply not qualified. As we as Americans and voters have the right to know whether you’re up to snuff or not. The fact that she can’t even answer a simple question like that means one of two things in my book; 1) she didn’t memorize the talking points correctly, meaning she has bad recognition and 2) she’s in way over her depth.
It’s as simple as that.
Nate is pretty sure Mark Twain said it best, "Humor is the great thing, the saving thing after all. The minute it crops up, all our hardnesses yield, all our irritations, and resentments flit away, and a sunny spirit takes their place."

I have new found respect for Couric… well, respect might too strong of a word; let’s just say that I feel less homicidal about her. It takes backbone to sift through the fluff and cute crap that Palin spews.
It’s sad, really, when the 2 would-be head figures of the party known for tough and dirty politics start to shrink from the spotlight… I smell fear… and parfum d’orignaux.
What are you two doing? You’re supposed to be thinking about the economy! You can’t be writing on this website and fixing our economic crisis at the same time. It’s technically impossible to do two things at the same time!
GET BACK TO WORK!
I just don’t know what thought process McCain went through in order to select Palin as his running mate. If he was selecting her to get the female vote, he’s insulting women. If he selected her because she was the best candidate, he’s an idiot. As I’ve said before, she is to McCain what Quayle was to George H. Bush. Biden will chew her up and spit her out when they debate.
Tongyun:
“I just don’t know what thought process McCain went through in order to select Palin as his running mate. ”
As one of my male friends mentioned - who cares what she stands for, she’s HOTTT!
That’s what McCain was thinking.
No one has appreciated the choice except for those oogling politicians.Everyone is pleased with the fact that she is very good looking. Now she carries those airs too. From dayone she made her way to headlines with one or the other controversy.
While checking out another website (I know…are there any others besides Sodblog?) I read where some prominent conservatives have come out and asked that Palin resign the ticket. They say that she should do it for the good of McCain and the Republican party. Many are saying her recent interviews on network news have exposed her as the featherweight that she is.
I still don’t get why she’s even in the spotlight. She ran a state with a population that’s half the size of my birthday party, wasn’t there most of the time, somehow ran up a huge debt, and now she’s all over the news.
The instant I read her record, I started digging dirt on McCain to get people to vote for Obama.
On Thursday, we’ll see how well she can think on her feet when she and Joe Biden participate in the vice-presidential debate. As I said in an earlier post, I expect Biden to chew her up and spit her out. But at the same time, if he appears too aggressive, it may make him look bad.
Heard on the news recently that she once stated that dinosaurs and humans coexisted 6000 years ago.
Okay, I’ll respect creationism, I’ll respect her beliefs, but I will not respect the fact that her image of the prehistoric times was based on watching too much Flintstones.
I think that she is so not qualified for anything let alone running as a vice president. We will be in a lot of trouble if these people make it into office. Clearly you have to ask the question, what is this world coming too. Where did the republican party find her and does she even have a mind of her own.
And this is the best that the republican party can field this year. Great gods! Just give it up don’t ya and call this the dictatorship it already is. I mean really! Does anyone expect change while the two party system rules the political arena in this country. While I don’t care for Cidy Sheham, I do admire her fortitude in trying to start a third party for this country. we surely do need it.
You know I was thinking that same thing. If she is the best republicans could come up with for a VEEP, then we are in more trouble that was anticipated. I am still trying to figure out why her, and what her qualifications are. Anyone know somethings about her.
