James Inhofe (R-OK) is a Stupid Cocksucker
By Nate • Jun 5th, 2009 • Category: PoliticsI bet you think that I’m being over the top in a Olbermann-eque way, right? Well, I’m tired of being nice, tired of parsing my words when talking about politics. I’ve always hated niceties for niceties sake. Sometimes, issues aren’t seen in shades of grey, but in black and white. This is one of those. James Inhofe- the Senator who denies global warming, has espoused racist and sexist sentiments has now gone a bit too far. So I’ll go as far as I want in denouncing him. Here’s why:
Mark down Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK) as one of the more outspoken critics of President Obama’s speech yesterday in Egypt — in fact, he toldĀ The Oklahoman the speech was “un-American” for calling the Iraq conflict a “war of choice.”
Inhofe also blasted Obama for implying that torture had taken place at Guantanamo Bay: “There has never been a documented case of torture at Guantanamo.”
“I just don’t know whose side he’s on,” Inhofe added.
James Inhofe just called a sitting President of the United States un-American and intoned that President Obama was on the side of our enemies. In case he wasn’t being a clear enough asshole, he threw in a denial of torture in Guantanamo for good measure.
Yup, Inhofe is a cocksucker. I’m not even making a turn of phrase. I fully invite Inhofe to open his mouth and shove his own cock in it, which is vastly preferable to him opening his mouth and speaking at this point.
Dude, you’re not helping. President Obama is doing exactly what one of the paragons of your party, Mr. Bully Pulpit himself Teddy Roosevelt, said. He’s speaking softly and carrying a big stick. He’s trying to extend a hand instead of pointing a gun, but all the time reminding the world that while we’d rather win them over through diplomacy and common ground, we can beat the shit out of you if we really wanted to.
What Inhofe apparently believes we should do is not engage over 1 billion people on this earth, simply because a teeny-tiny faction is radical enough to offend us. If the rest of the world held us as Americans in the same regard, no one would ever talk to us. We have our fair share of radicalists, too. The Muslim world spans countries and languages and most of them have more in common with you and I, as far as wanting what is best for their friends and families and wanting to live a happy life. They are not a teeming mass of terrorists, they are us and we are them. Not recognizing that is hypocritical at best and fucking stupid at worst.
So, as long as you’re going to act like a cocksucker, Senator Inhofe, I’d like to invite you to blow me.

I understand you’re too frustrated to be politically correct, but by calling this man a cocksucker you’re not just “letting it all out”. You’re demeaning the entire gay community, as if cocksucking is some sort of an insult, as if it’s something wrong as opposed to something two sexually active partners take part in together.
It’s an insult to the gay community to compare a degenerate fuck like James Inhofe to homosexuals, because homosexuals are way cooler than this guy.
I don’t mean to be naggy, but I guess I am. The less you lose words like cocksucker the easier it is to learn other words, like degenerate fuck. I find people who use words like “that’s so gay” or “you’re a cocksucker” are using those words just because it’s easy, because they don’t want to think too hard, because those were the words we used growing up in school. I don’t not think you’re lazy or have a low vocabulary, because you pointed out that you don’t usually resort to these words. I get too angry to articulate properly as well, especially when I’m drunk.
Thank you for your time, have a wonderful day.
So, if I called a female Senator a cocksucker, would you still be offended? I’m calling Inhofe a cocksucker not because I think that he likes it, that he’s actually gay and loves the cock, but because I think that, given what I’ve heard come out of his mouth, I think that it would be better put to use sucking cock. Or a baseball bat, or a cantaloupe. Whatever.
It’s an insult to Inhofe, not to the entire gay community. Is this the same thing that white people run into with the deplorable “n-word,” where it’s okay for gays to call each other cocksuckers, but since I’m a hetero male, I can’t call another person a cocksucker? I’m not trying to say that the two terms are on equal footing, but for crying out loud, they’re just words.
I tried out a variety of different words when I was scratching out that headline- asshole, bastard, motherfucker, donkey-raping shiteater and Republican. The fact that I happened to settle upon cocksucker doesn’t mean that I hate gay people and think of them in the same way that I think of James Inhofe, it just means that I thought it was the most effective name to call that asshole/bastard/motherfucker/donkey-raping shiteater/republican. That’s it.
That said, I’m not an animal and I appreciate the negative connotation that you point out this phrase has. But can’t cocksucker be a point of praise, as well? What a great cocksucker he/she is! Sir, your daughter/son is one excellent cocksucker. That cocksucker can suck cock with the best of them! See, nothing negative there. Just words. Interpret them as you will, but always try to remember that not everyone who uses them is trying to paint a certain segment of society with a broad, negative brush. Some of us just enjoy the way that they sound.
Thanks for reading and thank you for your time. Hope to see you again, Anon.
Hey there!
Yes, trying to use cocksucker in a positive manner is a tough one. I remember calling a kid a faggot all the time in high school, my mom tried to convince me of that argument that maybe I could use it in a nicer way. The person didn’t like it even when I tried to use it positively. (2 years later he came out of the closet… oops)
I appreciate that you appreciate the negative connotation, you obviously aren’t someone who is ignorant of how hurtful that word can be to some, I never once thought you were a gay basher.
You’re damn right, for crying out loud, they are just words. It’d be hard, though, if cocksucker was both positive and negative. I also used to think it was unfair that black people can say nigger, gays can say faggot, but as a white straight person I’m forbidden to say those words. It used to be, and maybe forever will be, hard to grasp the idea that I will never be allowed to say those words. Then I started thinking about how long words like that were used to demean someone, to belittle someone. When blacks call each other nigger these days it’s attempting to take away the power that this word once had over them. A term of endearment as opposed to belittlement. I think blacks use nigger differently than gays use faggot or cocksucker too. Blacks are dead serious when they say it and today it can mean comrade, friend, person, etc. When I hear gays use faggot they’re laughing at it, at the audacity that it’s used as an insult, a way to brush it off their shoulder. Maybe it’s because of the deeper history of the n word, the way the word was used along with a cat o’ nine tails (not to say Gays haven’t had their share of physical abuse and other hardships).
Honky, cracker, these words mean nothing to me because I’ve never been truly oppressed by them. I also never grew up in the same culture as some blacks to be able to appreciate and understand fully how that word is perceived on their end.
In the end, I’m not in any way offended by your use of the word. Especially because at the beginning you acknowledge that you usually try to be more P.C. The raw anger you felt, and I am known to feel, can’t always be expressed unless you use forbidden curse words like fuck, cocksucker, etc.
But I think the donkey raping, shit eating demographic is small enough such that maybe not as many would be offended. But then again, the word cocksucker is what caught my eye and I clicked the link because I thought “what’s making him so angry to use this word?”. Then I found out why, and I learned you don’t do it often.
Good discussion. Have a wonderful day. I may refresh later for your rebuttal, if any.
