A new and innovating game is about to be released for the Playstation 3. Little Big Planet is being developed by Sony Computer Entertainment and it will offer a wide range of possibilities to create anything your heart’s desire. From making your own adorable characters, to creating your own personal levels, the potential to introduce as many objects into the game is also one of its key elements.

The game works with a physics engine that allows the players to create any real world material they desire, from a piece of cardboard to chunk of metal, into a real physical object showed on your screen. Players might be advised not to create any sharp objects during the game, since those lovable characters can even be killed. And we wouldn’t want them to feel like they’re running around in a medieval torture chamber.

The developers of Little Big Planet have focused on three main ingredients, that they hope will make this game into a huge success. Those key ingredients are play, create and share. You can play with up to for players running around your customize levels or play one of the fifty built in levels. And there is the option to play online and be able to share your customize levels and rate other people’s as well. You can even upload your photos and paste them thru out the different levels in the game. So I guess this would be a great opportunity to have your mom post some of your nude baby pictures and have the whole community rate them. Or how about ones they took from you in high school? Those might be fun to watch. All we can say is,this will be one the most unique games of the year and for that reason it should be included on your games to buy list for 2008.
