B.F.D.?

I don’t eat a Dominos. Haven’t since freshman year of college. It’s just not a good idea.
Speaking of things that aren’t a good idea, check out this latest promotion from the leader in cheap, greasy pizza. The B.F.D.
Now, I cannot be the only one who, when presented with the acronym B.F.D. doesn’t immediately think, Big F-ing Deal, I just can’t. Yet, somehow, throughout the entire development of this promotional idea, no one stopped it. Amazing.
Maybe, just maybe it’s actually what they want. Because the most prevalent users of B.F.D might just be college students, the exact demographic you’d want to corner if you made pizza that isn’t safely ingestible for anyone over the age of 24. By associating their pizza with a popular cuss-word catch phrase, they’ll keep Dominos on the minds of their cash cow demographic; the stoned college student…
genius.
Nate is pretty sure Mark Twain said it best, "Humor is the great thing, the saving thing after all. The minute it crops up, all our hardnesses yield, all our irritations, and resentments flit away, and a sunny spirit takes their place."
