Oh, wait. You forgot to mention the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, Homeland Security, CTU, the FBI (remember the X-Files?), and Darth Sidious. Toss in Starfleet Intelligence, the former KGB, and the Bothan spy network Between all those intelligence-gathering agencies and dark-side-of-the-Force users, Santa has an excellent “sees you when you’re sleeping” network.
